EU Regulation 305/2011: Construction Products Regulation (CPR)
欧盟条例 305/2011 ：建筑产品法规
▪ Goal: ensuring an effective and efficient EC domestic market by definition of performance requirements for construction products 目的：通过明确规定建筑产品的性能要求，以确保欧盟市场的该类别产品的有效性和高效性
▪ Effective since April 2011自2011年四月起生效
▪ Replaced finally the CPD (Construction Products directive) in July 2013
于2013年7月正式取代建筑产品指令（CPD）
Which products are concerned?
▪ According to CPR, construction products may be placed on the market only if they are made in such a way that – considering proper planning and construction work – they meet specific requirements
建筑产品只有通过以下方式生产才能在市场上流通 -- 有适当的建筑工程规划 -- 产品能满足特定的要求
▪ Construction Product
Any product or kit for incorporation in a permanent manner in construction works and the performance of which has an effect on the performance of the construction works with respect to the basic requirements for construction works. 固定铺设在建筑物内，其性能的变化对建筑物结构造成影响
