Which products are concerned?
▪ Power, control and communication cables are explicitly mentioned in the CPR, unlike the previous CPD. 建筑产品法规有明确提到电源、控制和通信线缆等产品， 与之前的建材指令不同，这些产品是首次在条例上被提及。

Which requirements are set?
▪ According to CPR, construction products may be placed on the market only if they are made in such a way that – considering proper planning and construction work – they meet specific requirements
▪ The requirements cover the following areas (essential characteristics):
• Mechanical resistance and stability机械外力抵御及稳定性
• Safety in case of fire安全防火
• Hygiene, health and the environment 环境卫生及健康
• Safety and accessibility in use安全及易用性
• Protection against noise噪音防护
• Energy economy and heat retention节能与保暖能力
