• Ability to fulfill the duties of a Notified Body 有能力履行认证机构职责
• Participation in accordant committees与委员会保持一致
▪ Notification is done by the accordant national Notifying Body in Germany DIBt (Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik) in Berlin通告由国家机构公布
▪ Notification takes place based on an accreditation by the national accreditation organization, in Germany DAkkS, based on requirements from the CPR and
• ISO/IEC 17025 testing of products (AVCP system 1+ and 3)
• ISO/IEC 17065 certification of products (AVCP system 1+)
▪ Status accreditations: 资格鉴定
• Germany (source: DAkkS database 2015-09-27):
− 2 organizations accredited for all tests according to CPR
− 1 organization accredited for certification according to CPR
• Europe (source: estimation of Group of Notified Bodies; April 2015)
− Around 10 organizations accredited for tests
− Presumably much less accredited for certification
▪ Status notification:
• All over Europe, there is no single Notified Body for cables, because the European commission does not allow notifications before December 1st, 2015 (start of CPR for cables) (see websiteDIBT) |
