▪        Aspect under discussion: „Certificates Type B“
•        Manufacturer A produces cables and puts them on the market with label A. He has performed the required tests according to COR and has a certificate from VDE
•        Manufacturer A produces the same cables also for manufacturer B, with label B. How can manufacturer B obtain the mandatory certificate?
− Use of the certificate of A (where also the label B would have to be listed)     most presumably not wanted
− Apply for an own certificate from VDE:
▪        B also acts as manufacturer, in line with CPR Art.2.
▪        The correct production site (from A) has to be listed in the certificate
▪        An agreement with A has to be found (due to inspection, )
▪        Use of test results from A should be possible
▪        Certificate of B depends on certificate of A
